摘要
对CT影像引导下跟踪打印牙模型进行优化,能够提高空腔牙模型的利用率,对打印牙模型进行优化,需要对通过熔融沉积制造技术得出跟踪打印牙模,建立影像间相似性的度量。传统方法在底座上设计柱形金属的预备体,对上颌尖牙与磨牙预备体进行模拟,但忽略了影像间相似性的度量,导致打印牙模型精度较低。提出一种CT影像引导下跟踪打印牙模型优化方法。获取患者临床锥束的CT影像数据,通过熔融沉积制造技术得出跟踪打印牙模,利用高斯拟合影像配准算法,获取图像的灰度信息,建立影像间相似性的度量。利用异性扩散平滑滤波提高仿真模型的质量,克服石膏牙模存在的弊端,完成CT影像引导下跟踪打印牙模的精度优化。仿真结果表明,所提的方法提取的CT影像引导下跟踪打印牙模型的精度比石膏牙模型的精度高,能满足临床需求,并且提高了口腔牙模制作的效率。
An optimization method for tracking and printing dental model based on CT image guidance was proposed.Firstly,the CT image data of clinical cone beam of patient were obtained.Through the fused deposition modeling technology,the teeth model was obtained.Then,the Gaussian fitting image registration algorithm was used to obtain the gray information of image and establish the similarity measurement between images.Moreover,the anisotropic diffusion smoothing filter was used to improve the quality of simulation model and overcome the disadvantage of gypsum teeth model.Thus,the accuracy of tracking and printing dental model guided by CT image could be optimized.Simulation results show that the precision of tracking and printing dental model based on CT image guidance extracted by proposed method model is higher than the precision of gypsous dental model,which can meet the clinical requirement and improve the production efficiency of dental model.
