Computer Monitoring System for Crushing Process in Concentrators

根据选矿厂碎矿生产工艺的控制要求,采用PLC和工控组态软件设计开发了一套计算机监控系统。其中,下位机采用GE9030 PLC,实现了生产设备操作的自动控制,联锁保护,实时数据采集等功能;上位机监控站采用Citect组态软件,设计实现了过程信息的集中显示和处理,还提供了生产数据统计、自动报表、在线操作指导、报警监测等较为全面的功能。实际运行表明,该系统功能设计合理,运行可靠,易于操作,方便管理,显著提高了生产效率。

In light of the requirement for the crushing process control of concentrators, a computer control system was developed by using PLC and industrial control configuration software. GE9030 PLC was adopted as slave computer to realize the automatic control of the production equipment, interlocking protection and real time data collection; and host computer supervision station adopted Citect configuration software to design and realize the concentrated display and processing of process information, and provide full functions such as production data statistics, automatic report generation, on-line operation guidance, alarming and monitoring. This system has proved itself in real operation to be rational in system function design, reliable in operation, easy to operate and convenient for management, and able to evidently improve the production efficiency.
