摘要
基于技改项目单体工程浓缩池的大载荷、厚弱地质层的特点,为了使地基处理方案安全,经济,合理,可行,且满足工艺要求。根据场地的工程地质条件,提出了筏板基础、混凝土搅拌桩、换垫层、预应力混凝土管桩等4种地基处理方案。通过计算比较,其中筏板基础方案承载力满足要求,但中间沉降量较大,不满足规范要求;换垫层方案适用于浅层软弱土层,软弱土层较厚该方案不合理;混凝土搅拌桩处理后的硬壳层下的软弱下卧层,承载力不满足要求。预应力混凝土管桩方案为地基处理最优方案,该方案单桩承载力特征值大,承载力满足要求,桩基础持力层为中细砂层,其压缩性小,压缩模量大,计算的沉降量较小,且工程造价较低。为大荷载、厚弱地质层的相似工程地基处理方案的选择提供了可参考的依据。
Based on the heavy load and thick weak geological characteristics of the concentrated tank of the signal body of the technological upgrading project,in order to make the foundation treatment scheme safe,economic,reasonable and feasible,and meet the technical requirements,according to the engineering geological conditions of the site,four kinds of foundation treatment schemes are put forward,such as raft foundation,concrete mixing pile,cushion,pre-stressed concrete pipe pile.Through calculation and comparison,the raft foundation scheme carrying capacity can meet the requirements,but the middle settlement amount is large and does not meet the specification requirements; cushion replacement scheme is suitable to deal with the shallow soft soil,if soft soil layer is thick the scheme is unreasonable; concrete mixing pile scheme can be used to deal with the hard shell layer under weak underlying layer,bearing capacity does not meet the requirements. Pre-stressed concrete pipe pile scheme is the optimal one for foundation treatment,the bearing fore value of the scheme is big,the capacity of the scheme can meet the requirements,pile foundation bearing layer is the fine sand layer,the compression is small,the calculated the settlement is small,the engineering cost is low.The above research results in this paper can provide reference for selecting the treatment scheme of the foundation with heavy load and weak geological characteristics under the similar engineering conditions.
