摘要
排岩工作是露天开采中重要的生产环节,露天排岩成本在生产成本中比重巨大,其中露天矿内部排岩被认为是最为经济的排岩方案。根据Weld Range铁矿Madoonga矿区矿体赋存情况,对比内部排土对采空区空间要求,发现Madoonga矿区长宽比大,沿走向长度长,适合分期分区开采,具备内部排土的可行性。调整开采顺序能够改变内部排土规模,对Madoonga矿区3个区段不同开采顺序形成的3个方案进行对比研究,发现方案三将规模最小的西区作为首采区,较为合理。通过研究方案三的生产进度计划对方案三进行优化,确定同时开采中区&西区至坑底,作为内部排岩采空区作为最终方案。通过强化开采中区&西区,加速实现内排,采用优化后的排土方案,内部排土占比达48%。
The work of rock dumping is an important production link in the process of ope-pit mining,which account for a large proportion in production cost,and the internal dump is considered to be the most economical dump scheme.According to the occurrence of ore-body in Madoonga mining area and comparing with the space requirements of goaf for internal dump,it is found that Madoonga mining area has a large aspect ratio and along the strike length is long.It is confirmed that Madoonga mining area is suit for mining by stages and by districts and has the feasibility of internal dump.Adjusting the mining sequence can change the scale of internal dump.Through comparative study for the three schemes which are formed by the different mining sequence of three sections in Madoonga,it is found that scheme Ⅲ which choose the west district as the first mining area is more reasonable.By studying the production schedule of scheme Ⅲ to optimize it,the final scheme that mining out central &western district first as the goaf is put forward.Through strengthening the extraction of the central & western district,the realization of internal dump is accelerated.The internal dump accounted for 48% of total dump.
