摘要
结构面的存在会影响应力波在岩体中的传播方式,广西铜坑矿裂隙较为发育,导致生产爆破效果较差,以该矿山为研究对象,通过前期采集到的爆破振动数据,利用ANSYS数值软件,研究了不同厚度、角度和充填材料的结构面对应力波的影响规律。研究结果表明:1爆破应力波的衰减程度随着结构面厚度的增加而增加;2结构面后测线上的质点X向速度衰减较快,Y向速度衰减较慢3随着角度的增加,结构面对应力波的衰减作用不断增加。4不同充填材料对应力波的衰减程度排序为泥质充填物碎屑充填物胶结充填物。该研究成果可以为矿山在裂隙岩体中进行爆破作业提供参考。
The existing of the structure plans can influence the spread of the stress wave in rock mass,there are fissures developed in Tongkeng mine in Guangxi,which resulting in poor effect of blasting.Taking Tongkeng mine as the research example,based on ANSYS software,the influence laws of the different thickness,angle and structure surface of the filling material to the stress wave are analyzed.The results show that: 1the degree attenuation of the blasting wave is proportional with the increasing of the thickness of structural planes; 2the decay rate of wave in X direction is more than that in Y direction; 3the degree attenuation increase with the increasing of angle of the plans; 4 the degree of the difference filling materials to the stress wave attenuation degree can be sorted as argillaceous fillings,clastic fillings,cemented fillings.
