预先磁选工艺对某铜矿石浮选的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对某铜品位为0.96%的单一铜矿石,为进一步提高铜矿物的回收率,在原矿含有少量磁性铁矿物时,对磨矿产品增加预先磁选工艺,预先磁选后获得磁选精矿经过磨矿选铁,尾矿浮选选铜试验表明,较直接浮选可获得更高回收率的铜精矿。原矿经磨矿至-0.076 mm占65%,在磁场强度为716.56k A/m时预先磁选后获得磁选精矿经过再磨选铁,预选尾矿和弱磁选尾矿混合后浮选选铜试验,可获得产率为4.53%、铜含量为18.86%,铜回收率为90.87%的铜精矿。相对原矿磨矿直接浮选指标铜精矿产率提高0.03个百分点,铜品位提高0.50个百分点,铜回收率提高3.94个百分点。 For a copper grade of 0. 96% of single copper ore,in order to further improve the recovery of copper minerals,in the magnetic iron mineral ore containing a small amount of grinding minerals increased pre magnetic separation process,after previously obtaining magnetic separator option selection of iron ore through grinding,flotation tailings election copper tests showed that more direct flotation recoveries of copper concentrate will be higher. Ore by grinding to- 0. 076 mm65%,obtained in advance through magnetic concentrate regrinding selection of iron,tailings and pre-mixed after weak magnetic flotation tailings copper test after the election when the magnetic field strength of 716. 56 k A / m obtained in a yield of4. 53%,copper content of 18. 86%,90. 87% copper recovery of copper concentrate. Relative ore grinding direct flotation of copper concentrate production rate increased 0. 03 percentage points,the copper grade increased by 0. 50 percentage points,3. 94 percentage points increase copper recovery.
