冶金矿山企业信息化水平测度研究

Study on the Measurement of Informatization Level of Metallurgical Mine Enterprises

信息化是冶金矿山企业发展的有效手段,如何评价冶金矿山企业的信息化水平,推进冶金矿山企业的信息化建设,成为冶金矿山企业信息化领导者需要解决的首要问题。为有效地评价冶金矿山企业的信息化水平,建立了包括7个一级指标、19个二级指标的效能评价体系。在度量冶金矿山企业信息化水平的过程中,采用组合多层次灰色综合评价法,将指标分为不同的评价灰类,建立属于各个灰类的白化权函数,定量化描述指标属于某个灰类的程度,根据所得出评价矩阵作出综合评价。最后结合3家企业案例进行验证,评价结果和3家企业实际信息化水平相符。研究结果为开展冶金矿山企业信息化水平测度,推进企业信息化建设提供了良好的理论依据和借鉴。

Informatization is the effective means of the development of metallurgical mine enterprises,how to evaluate the informatization level and promote the informatization construction of metallurgical mine enterprises,have become the primary problem the leaders of metallurgical mine enterprises should be to solve. In order to effectively evaluate the informatization level of metallurgical mine enterprises,the efficiency evaluation system is established,including 7 first grade indexes and 19 secondary indexes. In the process of measuring informatization level of metallurgical mine enterprises,based on the combined multi-hierarchical gray comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation indexes are divided into different types of evaluation classifications,the whitenization weight functions belonged to each gray classifications are established respectively to conduct quantitative description of the degree of the indexes belonged to each gray classifications,the comprehensive evaluation is done based on the evaluation matrix. The verification results of the three metallurgical mine enterprises show that the evaluation results of the evaluation method proposed in this paper is in line with the actual informatization leval of them,it is further indicated that the study results of this paper can provide some theoretical basis and reference for the measurement of informatization level of metallurgical mine enterprises and acceleration of the informatization construction of metallurgical mine enterprises.
