摘要
针对目前全尾砂充填粗细混合浓缩工艺存在的浓缩效率低、分级沉降等难题,在10余个不同类型尾砂特性研究的基础上,提出了全尾砂分级浓缩工艺及其适用范围:选厂尾砂首先进入立式砂仓进行第一级浓缩,粗粒尾砂自然下沉;细粒尾砂溢流至T型砂仓,通过添加絮凝剂进行第二级浓缩。通过半工业试验验证,该工艺较传统的粗细混合浓缩工艺效率提高2倍以上,絮凝成本减少约40%,且很好解决了全尾砂因粗细分级沉降浓缩带来的充填体质量波动问题。该工艺可用于全尾砂中-0.025 mm细粒尾砂比例≤35%矿山的充填,我国大多数矿山选厂尾砂均符合要求;同时,创新性研制出一种适于细粒尾砂高效浓缩的T型砂仓,与传统同类装备相比,在同等充填能力条件下,该装备效率提高2倍以上,投资节省约30%,能耗降低约70%,运营费用减少15%以上。
Aming at the existing problems of low enrichment efficiency and hierarchical subsidence of the mixed particles size concentration process of total-tailing filling,based on analyzing the characteristics of more than 10 different types of tailing,the total-tailing classifying and thickening process and its application scope are proposed. Firstly,the tailing from concentrating plant is conducted the first level concentration in the vertical sand bin,so the large particles size of total-tailing can be naturally subsided;secondly,the smaller particles tailing is overflowed to the T-shaped sand bin,the second-level concentration is conducted by adding flocculating agent. The semi-industrial test results show that:1the efficiency of the new process proposed in this paper is increased by more than 2 times than that of traditional process,and the flocculent costs is also lowered by40%than that of traditional process,the problem of backfilling body's quality fluctuation caused by the classifying subsidence and thickening of different particles size of total-tailing. It can be used in mine filling under the conditions of the small particles tailing percentage is no less than 35%and the size of small particle tailing is-0. 025 mm,the tailing quality of the most concentrating plants in our country is suitable for the above requirements of the process proposed in this paper. Besides that,a new T-shaped sand bin that is suitable for high-efficiency concentration of small particles size of tailing is developed,under the same filling capacity conditions,comparing with the traditional equipments,the efficiency of T-shaped sand bin is increased more than 2 times,the investment is lowered by more than 30%,the energy consumption is decreased by 70% and the operation costs is also reduced over 15%.
