摘要
本文介绍四冲程170F柴油机的单面及双面鼓风离心式风扇的特性。以及风扇流量脉动的试验和分析,对比了使用两种风扇的柴油机全负荷特性,试验结果表明,采用双面鼓风离心式风扇可提高该机的性能。
The new fan for air-cooled diesel shows reasonable distribution of cooling air and better cooling effect, higher efficiency and lower power consumption, improved engine performances as compared with the original one.The fan is simple in construction and easy to be popularized. Measured data are given of the performances of unilateral or bilateral centrifugal cooling fan. And the variation of the impulsed air flow of the fan is experimentally studied in time amplitude and frequency domains.
