解有机磷拮抗细菌的筛选及其解磷特性和拮抗作用 被引量:10

摘要 为了获得高效解有机磷细菌,从油菜地土壤中分离到4株对卵磷脂有不同降解能力的细菌。解有机磷细菌发酵上清液中有效磷含量为8.59~28.34μg/ml,较CK上清液中有效磷含量增加8.03~27.78μg/ml,其中菌株JYP-3解磷能力最强,其发酵上清液中有效磷含量为28.34μg/ml,比对照增加27.78μg/ml。结合解有机磷细菌的菌落形态特征、生理生化特征和16S rDNA序列分析结果,初步确定菌株JYP-1、JYP-4为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),JYP-2、JYP-3为桥石短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus choshinensis)。菌株JYP-3对水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、烟草青枯病菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)有较强的拮抗作用,对黄瓜疫病菌(Phytophthora melonis)没有拮抗作用。 Four organic-phosphate degrading bacteria with different degradation abilities to lecithin were isolated from the soil of rapeseed fields.The available phosphorus content in the supernatant of the four bacteria ranged from 8.59 to 28.34 μg/ml,8.03-27.78 μg/ml higher than that in the supernatant of CK.Strain JYP-3 showed the strongest phosphate degrading ability whose phosphorus content in the fermentation supernatant was 28.34 μg/ml.Together with colony morphology and physiological and biochemical characteristics,16 S rDNA sequence analysis revealed JYP-1 and JYP-4 as Bacillus subtilis and JYP-2 and JYP-3 as Brevibacillus choshinensis.The fermentation filtrate of strain JYP-3 has strong antagonistic effect on Rhizoctonia solani and Ralstonia nacearum,but no antagonistic action on Phytophthora melonis.
