江苏几种作物病原丝核菌生物学特性的研究 被引量:19

摘要 对江苏省不同作物纹枯病菌菌株生物学特性进行比较研究,结果表明,来源于水稻、玉米、大豆和棉花的菌株属于立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani KOhn),经融合群测试,水稻、玉米、大豆为立枯丝核菌AG_1-1A群,棉花为AG_4群;来源于大、小麦的菌株,同属于禾谷丝核菌(R.cerealis Vander Hoeven)的CAGl群。 A comparison was made on the biological characters of the 84 Rhizoctonia isolates from different crops in Jiangsu during the years of 1984—1986. Results showed that the colony of Rhizoctonia isolates from rice, maize, soybean and cotton, were all from light brown to black brown, the mycelium was 7-9μ in diameter, the apical cell of mycelium was polynucleate, and had stave septel canal(pore). The optimum temperature of mycelial growth was at 25-30℃. It was identified as Rhizoctonia solani Kühn. According to mycelial anastomosis, the isolates from rice, maize, soybean belonged to R.solani Group AG_(1-IA); those from cotton belonged to R. solani AG_4; whereas those from barley and wheat belonged to R. cerealis Group CAG_1. The colony of isolates from wheat and barley were all from white to light yellow, the mycelium was 3-4μ in diameter and apical cell of mycelium was binucleate. The optimum temperature of mycelial growth was at 20-25℃.
