摘要
本文着重分析了影响柴油机机油消耗率的主要因素油环、气环、活塞、摇臂轴机油流量及曲轴箱中气体压力等。以495Q型柴油机为实例,进行了一系列结构改进措施。综合试验结果表明,892和30号发动机改进后机油消耗率均降低49%。
In this paper, the main factors influencing the consumption rate of the engine oil of a diesel engine are analyzed. Those are the air-pressure in the crankcase and the oil flow-rate of the oil ring, gas ring, piston, rockershaft, efc. With a 495Q diesel engine as a prototype, various measures of improvement of the engine structure are taken. The result of the comprehensire experiments shows that the oil consumption of the improved 892 and 30 engines are both decreased by 49%.
