夏季3A、5A吸附剂对奶牛舍CH_4、NH_3、CO_2及H_2S的吸附研究

摘要 为探究夏季牛舍中3A、5A2种新型微孔吸附剂对CH_4、NH_3、CO_2和H_2S 4种有害气体的吸附效果,将2种微孔吸附剂悬挂于风机上作为试验组,用气体检测仪检测风机口处CH_4、NH_3、CO_2和H_2S含量,并与对照组相比较,其差值为吸附浓度,根据温度、湿度、大气压、风速推导计算出吸附重量。当吸附剂无吸附效果后停止试验,进行下一轮平行试验。结果表明:在36h的试验周期中,3A吸附剂吸附CH_46.08g,吸附NH_31.51g,吸附CO_2 57.91g,吸附H_2S 2.46g;5A吸附剂吸附CH_4 7.21g,吸附NH_3 1.51g,吸附CO_2 61.25g,吸附H_2S 2.06g。吸附剂不引起温度变化;随着时间的延长,吸附剂吸水性及其他性能逐渐下降;吸附质浓度增大时,吸附剂的吸附重量也相应增大;分子直径与吸附剂的通道孔径越接近,吸附剂吸附效果越明显。综合而言,3A、5A吸附剂对奶牛舍的CH_4、NH_3、CO_2和H_2S 4种气体的吸附效果基本相近。 Two novel microporous adsorbents,3A and 5A,were selected to test the adsorption of CH4,NH3,CO2 and H2S in the summer.Two kinds of microporous adsorbents were hung on the fan as two test groups.The content of CH4,NH3,CO2 and H2S in the blower port was measured with a gas detector,and the measured data was converted into mg·m-3,and the difference between them was the adsorption concentration compared with the control group,and the adsorption weight was calculated by derivation from temperature,humidity,atmospheric pressure and wind speed.The test ended when there was no adsorbent on the adsorbent,and performed the next set of parallel experiments.The result showed that 3Aadsorbent adsorbed 6.08 g CH4,1.51 g NH3,57.91 g CO2 and 2.46 g H2S,and 5A adsorbent adsorbed7.21 g CH4,1.51 g NH3,61.25 g CO2 and 2.06 g H2S.The experimental results showed that the adsorbent did not affect the change of temperature.With the increase of time,the water absorption and other properties of the adsorbent decrease gradually.As the concentration of adsorbate increased was the adsorption capacity of adsorbent increased accordingly.The closer the pore size,the more obvious the adsorption effect.
