桑树核心种质的关联分析 被引量:1

摘要 以90份桑树核心种质为研究材料,鉴定桑树叶长、节间长等21个农艺性状,利用10个ISSR引物检测多态性,在分析群体结构和亲缘关系的基础上进行关联分析。共扩增出90条清晰条带,其中多态性条带78条,多态性条带占比为86.67%;利用UPGMA法聚类和Structure群体结构分析均将90份桑树核心种质分成2个亚群,群体结构分析和聚类分析在一定程度上具有一致性。关联分析表明,在P<0.01的情况下,共有14个位点与10个农艺性状相关联,表型变异解释率为4.15%~11.39%。在这14个位点中,有2个位点同时与2个农艺性状相关联,其中IS70位点同时与节间长、叶梗叶呈极显著相关,对其表型变异的解释率分别达到了11.39%、7.07%;IS60位点同时与梢梗叶、条梗叶相关联,与梢梗叶呈极显著相关,对其表型变异解释率达到10.45%。
