摘要
本文介绍了40CrMnSiMoVA钢在甲醇裂解保护气氛中加热产生严重渗氢的几种试验结果,分析了高温渗氢的特点及如何去氢的工艺措施,提出了高强度钢不宜在甲醇裂解气氛中进行保护加热的见解。
This paper deals with several experimental results of severe diffusion of hydrogen into 40CrMnSiMoVA steel during heating in the protective atmosphere of dissociated methanol. The behaviour of hydrogen diffusion at high temperature and the technical approaches for dehydrogenation were analysed. The authors suggested that the super strength steel is not suitably healed in the protective atmosphere of dissociated methanol.
