摘要 本文论述了40Cr钢渗硼后空冷及再经不同热处理,获得四种基体组织的渗硼层,进行了滚动、滑动及滚动+滑动三种形式的摩擦磨损试验。结果表明,经淬火、中温回火处理的耐磨性最好,渗硼后空冷的最差。作者还初步讨论了磨损机理。 This paper deals with the 40Cr steel boronised and air-cooled and followed by different heat treating processes, to obtain four various boronised layer structures. Three forms of wearing test-rolling, sliding, rolling and sliding were carried out. It is denoted that, the wear resistance of the boronised layer obtained by boronising followed by quenching and medium temperature tempering is the best and that by boronising followed by air-cooling is the worst. The authors also primarily discuss the mechanism of wear.
