大型铝锻件LC9过时效工艺与性能的研究

摘要 本文研究了LC9大型铝锻件过时效处理的工艺、组织和性能,并与人工时效的作了对比,在K(?)、抗应力腐蚀、抗晶界腐蚀、塑性方面均优于人工时效状态,但强度、疲劳寿命较低。此外。还提出了最佳热处理工艺,以保证前起落架外筒的σ_b≥46kgf/mm^2和良好的抗应力腐蚀性能。 This paper deals with the overaging process, structures and properties of LC9 heavy alummium foring, and compared with that of artificial aging. The K_(1c) value, stress corrosion resistance, grain boundary corrosion resistance and the plasticity of the overaging condition are better than those of artificial aging condition. However, the strength, fatigue nature and the service life are lower. Besides, an optimum heat treating process was suggested to assure the strength of the external cylinder of front landing gear at σ_b≥46 kgf/mm^2 with good stress corrosion resistance.
