摘要
采用腐蚀试验、极化曲线法和扫描电镜研究了AZ91镁合金在不同成分的汽车发动机冷却液中的腐蚀速率、Tafel曲线和腐蚀形貌,分析了不同发动机冷却液对镁合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,组分为55%乙二醇+无机盐添加剂+有机羧酸的冷却液抑制AZ91镁合金腐蚀的效果最佳。
The corrosion rate , Tafel curves and corrosion morphologies of AZ 91 magnesium alloy in different automobile engine coolants were studied by means of corrosion weight loss method , polarization curve method and SEM .The effect of different automobile engine coolants on the corrosion resistance of the AZ91 magnesium alloy was analyzed .The results show that the automobile engine coolant with 55% glycol, inorganic salt additive and organic carboxylic acid has the best inhibition on the corrosion behavior of AZ 91 magnesium alloy .
