摘要
由1Cr18Ni9Ti钢加工而成的某电机主发转子端环在验收时,因电机扫膛而发生断裂。采用扫描电镜、光学显微镜等对失效端环的断口宏观和微观形貌、显微组织及成分进行了分析,并结合模拟试验进行了验证。结果表明,断口为沿晶断裂,断裂是由电机端环与定子高速旋转摩擦而产生的高热及摩擦力所致,装配过程中端环与定子的间隙尺寸没有得到保证是导致端环失效的原因。
The main generator rotor end ring of a motor made by 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel fractured in the acceptance test .The fracture morphology , microstructure, fracture morphology of SEM and energy spectrum of the failure end ring were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope and optical microscope .Validation analysis was carried out with simulated experiment .The results show that the fracture is intergranular fracture caused by high temperature and friction generated by the high-speed rotation between the end ring and stator of the motor .The cause lead to end ring failure is that the positioning gap between the end ring and the stator is not guaranteed in the assembly process .
