摘要
对工件上产生氧化膜的疑似原因进行了试验验证。结果表明:工件在前室进入油槽前、关上中门后的2~3 s时间里,空气进入了前室,与炽热的工件发生反应,使工件表面产生了氧化膜。增加前室充氮装置并改变操作程序可以避免氧化。
Suspected cause of oxide film on the workpiece was verified by test .The results show that when the workpiece is in the front chamber before entering the oil-quenching tank, there’s a short time about 2-3 s during the door closing, the air goes in the front chamber and reactes with hot workpieces , will produce oxide film .Adding nitrogen charging device and changing operating process can avoid the oxidation of workpiece .
