孔强化处理对带孔镁合金零件疲劳性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 利用孔挤压、机械喷丸、孔挤压+机械喷丸复合处理对带孔镁合金试样进行孔强化处理,研究孔强化处理对带孔试样疲劳寿命的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜观察了不同处理方法下疲劳试样断口形貌。结果表明,孔表面经挤压及机械喷丸处理后,试样表面最大残余压应力较高,表面晶粒细化明显,疲劳裂纹源区由试样上表面尖角处转移到了强化层以内,从而使试样疲劳寿命显著提高,是未处理试样的3倍。 Hole strengthening treatment of magnesium alloy specimens with hole was performed by cold expansion hole (CEH), shot peening (SP) and CEH+SP combined treatment, and the effect of hole strengthening treatment on fatigue property of magnesium alloy specimens with hole was studied, and fatigue fracture morphologies was observed by SEM.The results show that after CEH+SP combined treatment, the maximum surface compressive residual stress of the specimen is higher , and surface grain is fined obviously, the fatigue crack source zone is transfered from surface sharp corners to strengthening layer, all that result in the fatigue life increases by 3 times compared with untreated specimen.
