彩色金相在双相钢显微组织分析中的应用 被引量:5

Application of color metallography for microstructure analysis of dual-phase steel

摘要 利用彩色金相研究了双相钢的显微组织。结果表明,彩色金相可准确鉴别双相钢的显微组织,通过彩色金相和Image-Pro Plus软件还可以对双相钢组织中的马氏体和贝氏体进行准确定量分析。 Microstructure of dual-phase steel were studied by color metallography .The results show that the microstructure of dual-phase steel can be identified correctly by color metallography .Martensite and bainite volume fraction in dual-phase steel can be analysed accurately by color metallography and Image-Pro Plus software.
