摘要
对热处理工艺过程的资源环境属性进行综合评价能够有效地指导工艺生产过程的绿色化改进。本文在研究热处理工艺过程资源和环境属性的基础上,将GA优化的BP神经网络系统应用于热处理工艺的绿色性评价系统中,建立工艺过程的绿色性评价模型,并对模型求解方式进行了研究,用matlab进行编程求解。用实际案例证明本文所述评价方法的可行性和正确性。
Comprehensive evaluation of resource and environmental attribution of heat treatment process can effectively guide the improvement of green technology production process .Based on research of resource and environmental attribution of heat treatment process , the GA-BP neural network system has been used in the evaluation system of green heat treatment process , green process assessment model is built and the solution methods of the model is studied , the programming and the solution of which was by means of the matlab software .The feasibility and correctness of the evaluation method is proved by actual case .
