摘要
对强化研磨加工过程中不同喷射时间对轴承套圈表面粗糙度的影响机理进行了分析,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,强化研磨加工过程中,GCr15钢轴承套圈的表面粗糙度先急剧上升然后下降,最终趋于稳定,在满足加工要求的条件下,获得良好表面粗糙度的合理喷射时间应控制在4 min左右。
A mechanism about the effect of different injection time on the surface roughness of bearing rings during the strengthening and polishing process was analyzed and verified through the trial. The results show that the surface roughness of GCr15 bearing rings increases sharply at first and then decreases and finally tends to be stable during the strengthening and polishing process. To meet the requirements of process,a proper jetting time for getting a satisfied surface roughness should be controlled at about 4 min.
