摘要
采用PLC控制下的真空自动焊设备对26 mm厚的Q370钢板进行了焊接性能试验,研究了焊接后退火温度对焊接件力学性能、焊接区硬度分布和断裂韧性的影响,并分析了焊接的焊缝区、熔合区、热影响区和母材的组织形貌特征。结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,焊接件拉伸强度与-20℃低温冲击吸收能量均表现出先上升后下降的趋势;300℃退火后的焊接试件具有良好的强度与冲击韧性的结合。
Using vacuum automatic welding equipment under the control of the PLC system,the welding performance of Q370 steel plate with26 mm in thickness was tested. The effect of annealing temperature on the mechanical properties,hardness distribution in welding zone and fracture toughness was investigated. The microstructure characteristics of welding zone,the welding fusion zone,heat affected zone and base metal were analyzed. The results show that,with the elevation of annealing temperature,the tensile strength and low temperature impact energy absorption of- 20 ℃ are first increased and then decreased; the welding specimen annealed at 300 ℃ has combined with good strength and impact toughness.
