摘要
应用流体动力学(CFD)的方法,建立了辊底式热处理炉的三维仿真模型。通过该模型分别得到了热处理炉的气体速度分布和温度分布,并分析得到了炉内温度场流场和速度场分布规律。结果表明,炉内燃气气流形成旋流,可加剧对流效果,提高传热效率;同时,除近烧嘴区域温度偏高外,其他区域温度分布比较均匀。现场采集的温度监测值与温度模拟值相差较小,故本文提出的数值模拟方法可以作为热处理生产和热处理炉进一步优化设计的理论依据。
A 3D simulation model about roller hearth heat treatment furnace is established with the computational fluid method ( CFD) in order to obtain the gas velocity and temperature distribution of the furnace .The numerical simulation results show that the heat transfer efficiency is improved by the forced convection; the distribution of temperature is uniform , but the near burner region has the higher temperature.The calculated results have accordance well between the temperature monitored and simulated values .Therefore, the numerical simulation method proposed in this paper can be used as the theoretical basis of heat treatment process and optimization design of heat -treatment furnace .
