摘要
针对台车炉温控系统的特点及能源消耗现状,应用先进的自抗扰控制技术,提出一种二阶自抗扰控制炉温系统的控制方案,并将其与原有PID控制系统进行了比较。试验结果表明,ADRC系统在耗电量上明显优于PID系统,总体能源节省率在10%以上,并且在超调量、调节时间上均优于PID系统。不仅如此,ADRC系统还具有更好的控制品质和较强的鲁棒性,不仅可以有效地克服干扰,而且在对象特性参数变化较大时仍能获得稳定的控制品质。
Based on the advanced technique of active disturbance rejection control ( ADRC ) , a two-order active disturbance rejection temperature control system was designed and compared with the PID control system for the temperature control system and power consumption of a bogie hearth furnace .The results show that the power consumption of ADRC is obviously better than that of PID control system , the total power saving rate is higher than 10%, and the overshooting and regulation time duration of the ADRC are superior to these of the PID .And so the ADRC system shows a strong robustness , disturbance resistant capability and steady regulation quality when plant 's characteristic parameters change greatly .
