Effects of solution temperature on microstructure and wear resistance of Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy

摘要 制备了一种新型Al-9Si-2Cu-0.3Mg合金,研究了固溶温度对合金组织、硬度及耐磨性的影响。结果表明,535~545℃固溶温度范围内,随固溶温度升高,合金中析出第二相细化,弥散分布在基体中,合金硬度及耐磨性逐渐增大;550℃固溶时,出现过烧,使晶界熔化,组织粗大,硬度下降,耐磨性变差。经545℃×4 h固溶+170℃×8 h时效后,合金硬度值可达120.7 HBW,耐磨性最好。 A new type of Al-9Si-2Cu-0.3Mg alloy was prepared, effects of solution temperature on microstructure , hardness and wear property of the alloy were studied .The results show that in the range of 535-545 ℃, with solution temperature increasing , the precipitated phase in the alloy is fine and dispersively distributes in the matrix , and the hardness and wear resistance increase gradually .When solution temperature is at 550 ℃, the overburning causes grain boundary melted and microstructure coarsen which lead to the hardness decreases and wear resistance becomes worse .When solution treated at 545 ℃for 4 h and aged at 170 ℃for 8 h, the hardness value of the alloy is up to 120 .7 HBW and the wear resistance is best .
