回火温度对28CrNiMoMn高强度钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究回火温度对28CrNiMoMn高强度钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随回火温度升高,钢的强度和硬度下降,塑性提高,屈服强度在低温回火略有上升,到250℃达到最大值;继续升高回火温度,屈服强度开始下降;在300~400℃回火时,试验钢出现明显的回火脆性。试验钢显微组织随回火温度升高,由淬火马氏体转变为回火马氏体、屈氏体和索氏体。 Effects of tempering temperature on microstructure and properties of 28CrNiMoMn high strength steel were studied .The results show that with the tempering temperature rising , the strength and hardness of the tested steel decreases and the plasticity increases .The yield strength increased slightly at low temperature and reaches its maximum at 250 ℃.Continue to increase of tempering temperature , the yield strength decreases and the steel displays obvious temper brittleness when tempered at 300-400 ℃.The microstructure of the tested steel changes from quenched martensite to tempered martensite , troostite and sorbite with the tempering temperature rising .
