摘要
用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机研究了850~1050℃温度范围内B对Fe-36Ni因瓦合金热塑性的影响。结果表明,添加0.01%B可显著提高Fe-36Ni因瓦合金的热塑性,尤其是提高850~1000℃温度范围内的热塑性,断面收缩率均大于80%,拉伸断口均为典型的韧性断裂。热塑性的提高,主要与B元素的晶界偏聚和降低动态结晶开始温度有关。
Effect of boron on hot ductility of Fe-36Ni invar alloy in the range of 850-1050℃was studied using Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator tester.The results show that the hot ductility of the alloy is significantly increased with 0.01%B adding, especially at 850-1000 ℃, area reduction is above 80%and the tensile fracture is a typical toughness fracture .The improvement of hot ductility is due to the grain boundary segregation of boron and lower dynamic recrystallization starting temperature .
