摘要
采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机,对两种含铝低温贝氏体钢进行热压缩试验,变形温度为1000、1050、1150℃,变形速率在0.001~10 s-1之间,应变量达到0.8。结果表明,随着低温贝氏体钢中铝含量的增加,钢的峰值应力减小,铝含量由0.43%增加到0.75%时,低温贝氏体钢的变形激活能从473.828 kJ/mol上升到511.364 kJ/mol。并求得两种试验钢的热本构方程。
The hot deformation behavior of the Al-containing bainitic steels was investigated in the temperature range 1000-1150 ℃ at strain rates of 0. 001-10 s- 1and true strains of 0. 8. The results show that with the increase of Al content from 0. 43% to 0. 75%,the peak stress decreases,and activation energy for deformation Q increases from 473. 828 kJ /mol to 511. 364 kJ /mol. The thermal constitutive equation of two tested steel is obtained.
