摘要
通过对含硼SCSi Mn2H铸钢进行淬透性末端淬火试验,研究了化学成分对淬透性的影响,得到可用于淬透性预测的回归方程。试验结果显示,与其他预测方法比较,回归方程的预测效果更好,为及时准确预测含硼SCSi Mn2H铸钢淬透性提供了新的途径。
Influence of chemical composition on hardenability of SCSiMn 2H cast steel with boron was investigated through Jominy end quench tests and the regression equations for predicting the hardenability were obtained .The results show that the prediction using regression equations for SCSiMn2H cast steel with boron is preferable compared with the other methods , thus a new feasible method for accurately predicting the hardenability of SCSiMn2H cast steel with boron is offered .
