摘要
分析了大型薄壁焊接壳体的结构特点,设计了相应的淬火工装和工艺,对热处理前后壳体内、外径进行了测量。结果表明,采用设计的热处理工艺及悬挂加热淬火方式,壳体热处理后内径(?580 mm)最大畸变量为2.84 mm,外径(?620 mm)最大畸变量为1.83 mm,满足后续加工要求。
By analyzing design feature of the welding shell,the quenching tooling and heat treatment process were designed,and inner diameter and external diameter of the shell were measured before and after heat treatment. The results show that after heat treatment,the max-disforfion of inner diameter(?580 mm original) and external diameter(?620 mm original) is 2. 84 mm and 1. 83 mm by using designed heat treatment process and hanging heating and quenching method,that meet the subsequent machining requirement.
