摘要
对锆合金R60705进行了600/900℃×6 h表面渗氮处理,并运用硬度测试、显微组织观察、XRD分析、阳极极化曲线和耐磨性试验对渗氮层性能进行了研究。结果表明,渗氮处理后,R60705合金渗氮层表面硬度最高达742 HV0.1,耐腐蚀性及耐磨性提高;900℃渗氮处理后,渗氮层各项性能均优于600℃渗氮试样。
Surface of zirconium alloy R60705 was nitrided at 600 /900 ℃ for 6 h,and properties of the nitrided layer were studied by hardness test,microstructure observation,XRD phase analysis,anodic polarization curve tests and abrasive wear fest. The results show that the surface hardness of nitrided layer of R60705 alloy after nitriding treatment is obviously higher than that of the substrate,the hightest hardness can reach 742 HV0. 1,and the corrosion resistance and wear resistance is improved. The properties of the nitrided layer treated at 900 ℃ are better than that of the nitrided layer treated at 600 ℃.
