摘要
利用分离式霍普金森杆(SHPB)对3种超高强度钢G54、A100、G31的动态压缩性能进行了研究,并对微观组织进行了观察分析。结果表明,在应变速率10-3~1000 s-1范围内,A100和G54钢高应变速率敏感性比较高,G31钢高应变速率敏感性较低;在应变速率1000~5000 s-1范围内时,A100和G31钢的高应变速率敏感性较高,G54钢的高应变速率敏感性较低。3种超高强度钢中,绝热剪切敏感性最低为G31钢,G54、A100钢的绝热剪切敏感性接近。
Dynamic compression properties of three kinds of ultrahigh strength steels( G54,A100 and G31) were tested with the split Hopkinson pressure bar( SHPB),and the microstructure of the steels was observated. The results show that in the 10- 3-1000 s-1 range of strain rate,the strain rate sensitivity of A100 and G54 steel is relatively higher,and that of G31 steel is lower,in strain rate range of 1000-5000 s- 1,the strain rate sensitivity of A100 and G31 steel is higher,but that of G54 steel is lower. In the three kinds of ultrahigh strength steel,the adiabatic shear sensitivity of G31 steel is lowest,but that of G54 and A100 steel has little difference.
