摘要
通过超音速火焰喷涂技术在Q235钢基体表面喷涂Ti B2-40Ni涂层,并对涂层的组织结构、硬度值和耐磨性进行了研究。结果表明,涂层组织致密,孔隙率为0.474%,硬度值为(408±40.5)HV0.3。涂层主要由Ti B2和Ni构成。经磨粒磨损试验,Ti B2-40Ni涂层的耐磨损性能良好,比Q235钢基体提高了3倍多。
TiB2-40Ni coating was sprayed on surface of Q235 steel substrate by supersonic flame,and microstructure,microhardness and wear resistance of the coating were investigated. The results show that the TiB2-40Ni coating is compact and porosity only 0. 474%,and the microhardness of the coating is( 408 ± 40. 5) HV0. 3,the mainly phase compositions of the coating are TiB2 and Ni. The TiB2-40Ni coating has good wear resistance which is three times higher than that of the Q235 steel substrate.
