Microstructure and mechanical properties of aged T/P92 steel

摘要 采用时效拉伸试验、OM、SEM、TEM对耐热钢T/P92在650℃下时效不同时间后的组织与性能进行了分析。结果表明,随着时效时间的延长,力学性能主要呈下降趋势,组织中碳化物析出数量增加、尺寸略长大,碳化物类型主要为M23C6;马氏体板条的基体组织形貌在长期时效后开始分解。 Microstructure and mechanical properties of heat-resistant steel T / P92 aged at 650 ℃ for different time were analyzed using postaged tensile tests and OM,SEM and TEM observation. The results show that with aging time increasing,the mechanical properties decrease and the precipitation number and the size of carbide in the steel increase,and the precipitated carbides are mainly M23C6. The morphology of lath martensite matrix microstructure begins to decompose after long-term aging.
