Ti-6Al-4V合金热加工用无铅玻璃-陶瓷抗氧化涂层研究

Study of lead-free glass-ceramic oxidation-resistant coating for Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy in heat processing

摘要 制备了一种用于防止Ti-6Al-4V钛合金加热时表面氧化的无铅玻璃-陶瓷涂层材料,并对其相组成及有涂层钛合金氧化层进行了研究。结果表明,加热前涂层主要为玻璃相,加热后有结晶相生成,有利于从钛合金表面除去涂层;有涂层钛合金表面氧化层厚度小。可见,无铅环保型涂层能在500~1000℃温度范围内给Ti-6Al-4V合金提供良好的抗氧化保护。 A lead-free glass-ceramic coating to prevent surface oxidation of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy during heat processing was prepared,and phase compositions of the coating and the oxygen-enriched layer of Ti-6Al-4V specimens were investigated respectively. The results show that the phase compositions of the coating is glass before heating,and there is crystallization phases after heating which is benefit for coating spalling from the surface of titanium alloy,the oxygen-enriched layer thickness of the coated alloy is small. Thus the present glass-ceramic coating can provide better antioxidant protection to the alloy hot processing in the temperature range of 500-1000 ℃.
