摘要
20CrMnMoA钢传动齿轮的注油孔处发生贯穿性开裂,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对断裂齿轮进行了观察和分析。结果表明,齿轮注油孔处有渗碳层,此层表面有较多的沿晶界氧化物和黑色屈氏体组织;而注油孔所在部位很容易引起应力集中,在过大应力作用下导致齿轮开裂。
A broken 20CrMnMoA steel transmission gear was observed and analyzed by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope to find out the causes of the penetrating crack from the oil filler hole. The results show that in the oil filler hole area there is a carburized layer,on the layer surface there are some carburizing defects such as some oxides along grain boundary and the black troostite.The oil filler hole can easily cause stress concentration,that lead to the fracture of the transmission gear.
