摘要
对GCr18Mo钢轴承套圈端面磁痕产生原因进行了分析。结果表明,钢中原有不均匀分布的带状碳化物是产生此类磁痕的唯一原因,且沿材料流线及锻造流线分布。
Causes of magnetic mark on end face of GCr18Mo steel bearing ring was analyzed. The results show that the original uneven distribution banded carbide in the steel is the only reason,that distribute along the raw material flow and forging streamline.
