温度传感器的国产化研究与应用

Localization of temperature sensor and its application

发达国家将传感器与智能仪器仪表技术列为国家发展战略,我国也极其重视传感器及仪器仪表的发展,更关注进口传感器的国产化研究。本文介绍了多用炉、渗碳炉、真空炉专用温度传感器的研制及其应用。实践表明,国产多用炉、渗碳炉、真空炉专用温度传感器的性能达到发达国家同类产品先进水平,完全可以替代进口。

Sensors and intelligent instrument technology as a national development strategy were proposed in developed countries,and China also attaches great importance to the development of sensors and instruments,pay more attention to study on localization of imported sensor.This paper discusses in detail the development and application of multi use furnace,carburizing furnace,vacuum furnace special temperature sensor. The practice shows that the properties of domestic temperature sensor special for multipurpose furnace,carburizing furnace,vacuum furnace reaches the advanced level of similar products in the developed countries,that can completely replace the imported.
