高温高应变速率下H13钢的动态再结晶行为 被引量:4

Dynamic recrystallization behavior of H13 steel under high temperature and high strain rate

摘要 利用霍普金森压杆试验,在高温(200~800℃)和高应变速率(5000~15000 s^(-1))的条件下对H13钢试样进行压缩试验。对材料动态再结晶的临界应变和峰值应变进行数值分析,研究H13钢在高温高应变速率下动态再结晶行为。借助透射电镜观察了压缩试样在不同试验条件下的微观组织。结果表明,根据材料的峰值应变和再结晶临界应变可得H13钢在高温高应变速率下的峰值应变模型和动态再结晶临界应变模型。由不同试验条件下的晶粒尺寸的变化及平均尺寸数值证明了该临界应变模型能够较为准确地预测H13钢在高温、高应变速率条件下的再结晶行为。 A series of compression tests of H13 steel at the high temperature(200-800℃)and high strain rate(5000-15000s-1)were carried out by the split Hopkinson pressure bar.The dynamic recrystallization behavior of H13 steel was investigated by numerically analyzing the critical strain of dynamic recrystallization and peak strain.The evolution of compression specimen microstructure under different experimental conditions was observed by means of transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show that the models of critical strain and peak strain for recrystallization of H13 steel can be obtained by using the value of critical strain and peak strain.Finally,based on the dimension distribution of the grain at different conditions,the model of critical strain can accurately predict the dynamic recrystallization behavior of H13 steel at high temperature and high strain rate.
