CeO_2对等离子喷涂Ti-Al/WC金属陶瓷复合涂层组织和摩擦学性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of CeO_2 on microstructure and tribological properties of plasma sprayed Ti-Al/WC cermet composite coatings

摘要 通过等离子喷涂方法在45钢基体上制备添加不同含量稀土氧化物CeO_2的Ti-Al/WC金属陶瓷复合涂层,利用扫描电镜和能谱仪等检测设备探究CeO_2对涂层组织及摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:CeO_2细化了等离子喷涂涂层的层片状结构,改善了其结合性;添加不同含量CeO_2的涂层耐磨性均高于未添加涂层,其中2%的添加量,涂层表现出更加优良的性能; CeO_2的加入改变了涂层的磨损机理,由黏着磨损为主过渡为磨粒磨损为主,提高了涂层强度,减轻了磨损程度。 Ti-Al/WC cermet composite coating with different content of rare earth oxide CeO2 was prepared on 45 steel substrate by plasma spraying.The effect of CeO2 on the microstructure and tribological properties of the coating was investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrometer.The results show that CeO2 can refine the lamellar structure of plasma sprayed coating and improve its binding ability.The wear resistance of the coating with different content of CeO2 is higher than that of coating without CeO2,and the coating with 2%CeO2 shows better performance.The addition of CeO2 changes the wear mechanism of the coating from adhesive wear to abrasive wear,which improves the coating strength and reduce the wear degree.
