摘要
针对热变形对T92铁素体耐热钢马氏体相变的影响进行分析。通过线膨胀曲线分析确定了马氏体相变的体积分数与温度的关系。采用连续形核、界面控制生长及各向异性碰撞修正建立马氏体相变动力学数学模型来描述不同热变形参数对马氏体相变的影响。结果表明:变形速率越高,晶粒尺寸越小,生长激活能降低,Ms减小;变形温度越高,晶粒尺寸越大,生长激活能升高,Ms增大。
Effect of hot deformation on martensitic transformation of T92 ferrite heat-resistant steel was analyzed.The relationship between the martensite volume fraction and temperature was determined by linear expansion curve analysis.The effects of different hot deformation parameters on martensite transformation were described by using a mathematical model of martensitic transformation kinetics established based on continuous nucleation,interface-controlled growth and anisotropy impingement.The results show that with the increase of the deformation rate,the grain size and growth activation energy are decreased,and Ms becomes lower.By contrary,the grain size,growth activation energy and Ms are increased with the increase of the deformation temperature.
