隧道收费站拥堵免费快速通行位置判定标准研究——以青岛胶州湾隧道为例 被引量:3

摘要 为解决目前隧道收费站拥堵免费快速通行位置判定缺少相关理论依据的问题,以青岛胶州湾隧道工程为例,基于排队论提出一种隧道收费站拥堵免费快速通行位置判定方法;同时,为使结果更加合理,提出车道长度折算修正模型和车道长度及面积折算修正模型2种模型,得出较为合理的隧道收费站拥堵免费快速通行位置判定标准理论值和修正值。研究成果以期为相关收费站拥堵免费快速通行法规的制定提供理论支撑,并为以后隧道工程及类似的公路工程研究提供参考。 There is not theoretical reference for position judgment standard for free fast passing channel of tunnel toll gate. Hence, a new position judgment method for free fast passing channel of tunnel toll gate is proposed based on queuing theory by taking Jiaozhou Bay Tunnel for example. Meanwhile, the lane length conversion correction model and lane length and area conversion correction model are put forward, and the theoretical value and modification value of the judgment of free fast passing channel of tunnel toll gate are obtained. The research results can provide theoretical support for relevant regulations on free fast passing of tunnel toll gate and provide reference for similar tunnel and highway projects in the future.
