摘要
地下车库空间跨度大、建筑功能和结构复杂,通常采用明挖法建造,但在中心城区,明挖法受环境条件限制难以实施,而传统暗挖法建造存在难度大、风险高、效率低的问题。结构分割转换工法(CC工法)通过将大型地下空间结构分割成小型单元,分部实施机械化暗挖后再整体转换,最终形成大断面地下空间。将其应用于地下车库建设可有效减少建设过程对地面环境的影响,并且施工速度快、安全性好。如何将地下车库的建筑结构设计与施工工法进行结合,达到设计合理、施工安全便捷和造价经济的目的,是该工法应用的首要核心问题。本文针对这一问题开展研究讨论,并结合具体案例,提出建议和结论,以期对类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
With the characteristics of large space span, complex building function and structure, the underground parking lot is usually constructed by open-cut method, while in central urban area, open-cut method is difficult to be carried out due to environmental constraints, and the traditional underground excavation methods are considered to be difficult, risky and inefficient. Hence, as a new construction method of underground space, the structural cut and convert(CC) method is proposed. The method divides the large-scale underground space structure into small units, and then converts the whole structure into permanent structural system after the implementation of mechanized excavation of each part, and finally forms a large cross-section underground space. The application of the method to the underground parking lot construction can effectively reduce the influences of construction on ground environment, and the whole construction process is safe and fast. How to combine the structural design of underground parking lot with construction method to achieve rational design and safe, convenient and cost-effective construction is the primary issue for the application of the method. A case study is made about the CC method, and some suggestions are put forward so as to provide references for similar projects in the future.
