摘要 为了提高对电动缸缸体性能测试的准确性,通过对电动缸运动形式和过程的深入研究,设计出一套以PC机为上位机,美国NI运动控制卡作为核心控制器,高精度的光栅尺传感器和拉压力传感器为检测装置的电动缸缸体性能测试系统。系统使用PID控制算法实现对电动缸运动过程的控制,PID控制算法相比其他算法具有原理相对简单,使用方便,适应性强等优点,能够保证测试项目的顺利完成。系统的软件是使用LabVIEW进行设计和实现的,使用LabVIEW进行程序的设计相对简单、方便,可以提高工作效率。在测试过程中实时获取安装在试验平台上测试元件的相关数据,保存到相应的数据库中,并且图形化显示在软件界面上。技术工程师可以对存储在数据库中的试验数据进行查询,然后根据所得到的数据对电动缸缸体的性能作出定性和定量的分析。 In order to improve the accuracy of electric cylinder body performance test,based on the in-depth study of electric cylinder movement form and process,a set of electric cylinder body performance testing system is designed that PC as upper machine,the NI motion control card as the core controller,high precision grating ruler sensor and pressure sensor as detecting devices.In the process of movement the system uses conventional PID control algorithm to control the movement of electric cylinders.Compared with other algorithm,the conventional PID control algorithm is simple relatively,easy to use,and can guarantee that the test project is finished smoothly.The software of the system is designed and implemented by LabVIEW,using LabVIEW to design the program is relatively simple and convenient,can improve efficiency.In the process of movement the system acquires the relevant data of test components that installed on the test platform real-time,the data is saved in the corresponding database,displayed on the software at the same time.The technical engineers can query related test data that stored in the database,and then the electric cylinder body qualitatively and quantitatively according are analyzed to the obtained experimental data.
