摘要
为了解决夜间温度变化较大、睡眠状态下无法调节风扇转速的问题,论文设计了一种智能风扇系统。该系统以STM8为控制核心,使用霍尔传感器作为测速传感器反馈速度信息,采用PID算法对电机进行转速闭环控制,提高系统抗扰性,使用DS18B20作为温度传感器采集温度,并作为转速决策的重要依据,使用手机端App调节温度—转速曲线,满足个性化需求。此外,用户在手动模式下可以一键采集自己满意的温度和转速点,使得系统使用起来更加方便。
In order to solve the problem that the temperature change is greater and the speed of the fan can not be adjusted during the night,a type of intelligent fan system is designed in this paper.The system uses STM8micro-controller core and uses Hall sensor as the speed sensor feed back speed information,then adopts PID closed-loopcontrol motor speedto improve thesystemimmunity.The DS18B20 is regarded as a temperature sensor to collect temperature to be an important basis for decision-making speed.The mobile terminal app is used to adjust the temperature-speed curveto meet individual needs.In addition,the users can gather the satisfaction with the temperature and speed points at the manual,and also makes the system more convenient to use.
