摘要
本文介绍了贯穿生产过程中的质量控制系统。该系统由制造过程控制系统(SPC)、《生产问题反映单》的应用、生产线停线程序及质量反馈系统等结合而成。为了及时制止质量问题的扩展、预防质量问题的发生及降低质量成本,本文提供了正确使用停线程序、设立临时控制点、产品分组等6种有效方法。
The paper introduces the Quality Control System that combines SPC, problem highlight procedure, stop line procedure and operator quality feedback system in manufacturing process. In order to stop and prevent quality issue on production line effectively and reduce quality cost, it provides 6 methods that include stop line procedure used rightly, temporary control point set up on line, product grouping, etc.
