降低“双底”连续炼铜过程中渣含铜的实践 被引量:3

摘要 双底连续炼铜工艺是我国自主研发、具有完全自主知识产权的一种新的炼铜技术,是我国铜工业发展的前沿技术之一。自投产以来,生产运行平稳,各项技术指标优良。其中,熔炼炉和吹炼炉渣含铜分别为2.0%和10.0%左右,远优于设计水平。本文对双底连续炼铜渣含铜的损失形态和方式进行了分析,并对试产过程在降低渣含铜方面所采取的措施进行了总结。 The Double Bottom-Blowing Continuous Copper Smeltingis a new copper smelting technology with the independent intellecture property which is researched and developed by us independently.It is one of the cutting-edge technologies of Chinese copper industry.Since the production, the operation is stable and each parameter of the Double Bottom-Blowing Continuous Copper Smeltingis excellent.Among them, the copper factor of the smelting slag is 2% and the converting slag is 10%.That are more better than the design.In this paper,we have analyzed the losing-patters and modes of the smelting slag, also summed up the measures at the aspect of reducing copper content during the trial production.
